Fall is a great time of year to be a GIS professional in TN. Coming up in just a few days is an ESRI sponsored event for those of you interested in learning more about the new ArcGIS 9.3. Zach Layne of ESRI will be hosting a free seminar entitled “ArcGIS 9.3 Seminar: Improving Your Entire GIS Workflow”.
