The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) is the internationally recognized leader and preeminent source for innovation, education, and research in property appraisal, assessment administration, and property tax policy. The body of members represents assessment offices around the world and the vendors supporting those offices.

It is a great privilege to share some news about some Tennessee folks that have completed a rigorous training process and are now officially designated as Certified Mapping Specialists (CMS). In the world of assessment and appraisal, this is quite an accomplishment.
