GEO-Jobe GIS Consulting, using new technology and strategic business alliances, is successfully answering the Nations call for Emergency Disaster Management Solutions. Business partner W.A.R.N. (Wide Area Rapid Notification) and GEO-Jobe GIS Consulting have recently been awarded three national contracts to implement W.A.R.N. Command and Broadcast systems using the GEO-Jobe Notify Toolbar.
• The City of Oak Ridge, TN recently implements both W.A.R.N. Command and W.A.R.N. Broadcast. Coupled with GEO-Jobe’s GEO-Powered.com Internet application, the City of Oak Ridge now has to ability to send out an emergency alert message to every citizen from any location that there is an Internet connection. The City of Oak Ridge is now better prepared to protect the people of the city in the event of a disaster.
• Yuba County, California recently chooses GEO-Jobe GIS Consulting to implement an Early Warning Notification System for the entire Yuba County area. Marysville, CA is the county seat of Yuba County seated in Northern California. The County is implementing the W.A.R.N. system using multiple GEO-Jobe Notify Toolbars.
• Birmingham, AL awards the GEO-Jobe GIS Consulting / W.A.R.N. partnership the sole contract to build a system capable of alerting all citizens and emergency personnel within minutes in the event of a disaster. Birmingham is using GEO-Jobe’s GEO-Powered.com Internet application combined with W.A.R.N. Command and W.A.R.N. Broadcast.
