The town encompasses 15.9 square miles south of Knoxville, TN, with thousands of residences and businesses for the Water/Sewer department to sustain. In 1999, Maryville was voted by A&E as one of the “Top 10 Cities That Have It All!” Despite all the growth and expansion, Maryville continues to remain on the cutting edge in many areas of city government, resulting in a modern, safe and beautiful place to live and visit.
